Insurance
Dental insurance works differently than medical insurance. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs can vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend reviewing the benefits guide provided by your insurance company so you know what is included.
At the time of your child’s visit, we will provide an estimate of what your insurance may cover based on the information your provider gives us. This estimate is not a guarantee of payment. As a courtesy, we are happy to file claims on your behalf. However, the final financial responsibility belongs to you. If your insurance pays less or more than the estimate, we will adjust the balance accordingly and either issue a statement or apply a credit to your account.

Appointment Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.
