If you do not see your plan listed, please contact our office. Insurance networks change often, and many families still have out-of-network benefits that can be used at our practice. Our team is happy to check your coverage and explain how your plan works.
If we are not in network with your specific plan or you do not have insurance, we have self pay options available, please inquire for more details.
Financial Policy
Before your child’s appointment, we will review your insurance information and provide an estimate of expected coverage. Insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment. After your insurance company processes the claim, any remaining balance is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. If insurance pays differently than expected, we adjust your account and will issue a statement or apply a credit.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment:
Cash
Debit Cards
VISA
MasterCard
Discover
American Express
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss payment plans or other options before your visit.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Does dental insurance cover 100% of treatment costs?
No. Dental insurance is designed to help reduce the cost of care, not cover every procedure in full. Most plans cover a percentage of treatment, typically between 50% and 80%, depending on the benefits selected by your employer or plan.
Why does my insurance sometimes pay less than the dentist’s fee?
Insurance companies use their own internal fee schedules, which may be lower than current dental fees. If your insurance reimburses at a lower rate, it does not mean the dentist’s fee is too high. It simply reflects the amount your insurance company has chosen to cover for that procedure.
Why do deductibles and co-payments affect what I owe?
Most insurance plans require a deductible and cover only a percentage of each procedure. After the deductible is applied, your plan pays its portion and you are responsible for the remaining balance. Because every plan is different, we provide an estimate before treatment and explain how your benefits apply.
